Our selected team of chefs offers a special menu which combines the most authentic taste of basic ingredients with the knowledge and experience of those who have always been involved in catering. The presence of a large exclusive vegetable garden next to the Hotel allows the creation of dishes with local products.
In addition to the seasonal menu, the restaurant has a rich wine list with wines selected among the best of the territory, both Italian and international.
Fonte degli Aromi reasturant is located in Porto Santo Stefano, at the Hotel Fontermosa is available a free aperitif (drinks not included).
Breakfast is served in the main building from 8.00 am to 12.00 am.
